Make certain you contact the utility companies servicing the home you are leaving to disconnect all utilities as of the day after your move. You may run into difficulties in the event service providers turn off service the morning of your move and you need utilities throughout the day.

Conversely, have the service provider of your new home connect service in your name as of the day of possession. Confirm whether there will be any interruption of service between you and the previous owner; plan accordingly!

Rio Verde and Tonto Verde are designated adult communities therefore not supported with any local schools.

Fountain Hills has two elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and a charter school.
